Balance

Single-leg stability, proprioceptive control, base of support under load. The foundation everything else builds on.

What age is Play Faster designed for?

Ages 8–16. The program is built for young athletes who are already in sport and physically capable of the movement demands. For younger kids or those newer to structured training, Built From The Ground Up with its parent coaching component is often a better starting point.

What sport is this for?

All of them. The seven standards underpin all athletic movement — football, soccer, basketball, netball, rugby, athletics, cricket. Speed and movement mechanics transfer across every sport your child plays.

Does my child need any equipment?

No. All sessions can be completed at home, in the backyard, or at a local park. No gym, no special equipment, no facility needed.

How is Play Faster different from Built From The Ground Up?

Play Faster focuses on the seven movement standards and 21 training sessions — the physical mastery component. How long does it take each week?
