  3. Balance – Can you stand on one leg with strong foot control and coordination?

  4. Ankle Range of Motion – Do your ankles have the mobility to absorb force and support propulsion?

  5. Thoracic Mobility – Is your upper back mobile enough to maintain posture and breathing efficiency?

  6. Squat Mechanics – Can you squat with control and range without compensation?

  7. Hip Flexion – Can each hip achieve normal flexion range (120°) under load and balance?

  8. Hip Extension – Can you open your hips and use your glutes fully when you run?

  9. Jumping & Landing – Can you absorb force and maintain mechanics under impact?

  10. Hydration – Are you supporting tissue quality and recovery with proper hydration habits?

These aren’t random. They’re the foundations for running well — for life.
