What if our school/club is outside Melbourne?

I service the greater Melbourne area including inner suburbs, outer suburbs, and nearby regional areas. For locations beyond 50km from Melbourne CBD, a small travel fee may apply. Contact me to discuss your specific location.

Can parents attend the workshop?

Absolutely! Parent attendance is welcome and encouraged. We can also run separate parent information sessions or evening workshops if you'd prefer to educate parents specifically about supporting their children's development at home.

Do athletes need any prior running experience or fitness level?

No! Workshops are designed for all levels from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Content is adapted to your group's current abilities. Every athlete can improve their technique regardless of starting point.

What ages do you work with?

Primarily ages 8-16, though content can be adapted for slightly younger or older if needed. Workshops are tailored to the specific age group attending - different approaches for 8-10 year olds vs. 14-16 year olds.  

Can we customize the workshop content?

Yes! Every workshop is adapted to your athletes' primary sports, age group, current challenges, and specific goals. During the consultation call, we'll discuss exactly what your athletes need most.  

What equipment or facilities do we need?

Just open space - an oval, sports field, basketball court, gymnasium, or local park. I provide all teaching materials, demonstration equipment, and take-home resources. No special equipment needed from you.  

What if it rains on workshop day?

Workshops can be run indoors if needed (gymnasium, sports hall, covered area). We'll plan for weather contingencies during booking. Most drills work in any space.
