The problem

Kids are faster than
they believe

The gap between what a child can physically do and what they believe they're capable of — that's the confidence problem. And it doesn't get solved by talking about it.

Kids drop out

70% of kids quit sport by age 13. Not because they can't — because they stopped believing they belong.

Pressure kills performance

Freezing when it counts isn't a talent problem. It's a body that hasn't learned to regulate under pressure.

Talk doesn't fix it

You can't talk your way into physical confidence. Kids need proof in their body that they can do hard things.

Skills don't transfer

Technical training without confidence architecture means kids practice brilliantly and collapse when it counts.

What's covered

One session. Real results.

Kids leave with movement skills they can feel, tools they can use under pressure, and evidence they didn't have when they arrived.

The 7 movement standards — balance, posture, acceleration, foot strike, push off, arms, cadence. Every child coached through their individual capability gap.
Draw the Bow — the posture reset that changes emotional state immediately. A tool kids can use before a big moment, a match, or anything that scares them.
Breathing and pressure regulation — simple, body-based tools that work when anxiety rises. No talking required. Kids can use these for the rest of their life.
Confidence through movement mastery — every drill is designed so kids finish with measurable proof of what they can do. Not vague encouragement. Real evidence.
Coach and teacher handover notes — a simple summary of what was covered and how to keep reinforcing it. No extra effort required on your end.

"He can be a bit difficult and moody at times, and was a little nervous at the beginning, but you really have a great way with people and kids and know how to get the best out of them. He mentioned he already feels different. When I asked how, he said — 'I feel faster when I take off.'"

Format

Flexible to fit
your schedule

Workshop length is tailored to your group size and available time. Most sessions run between 90 minutes and 2 hours — enough time to go deep, not so long kids lose focus.

90 min – 2 hours
Tailored to your numbers. Smaller groups get more individual attention and move faster. Larger groups run the full two hours to make sure every kid gets coached through their movement. All sessions delivered by Mick Breen in person.
Who this is for

who this is for.

01
PE Coordinators & Principals
Looking for a program that goes beyond physical literacy — one that visibly changes how kids carry themselves and show up in the classroom. Links directly to student wellbeing outcomes.
02
Club Coaches & Administrators
Tired of technically strong kids who fall apart under pressure. Wanting to give your squad something that makes the training they're already doing actually stick on game day.
03
Holiday & Community Programs
Looking for a high-energy, structured session that sends kids home with something real — not just worn out, but genuinely different than when they arrived.
