Initial assessment is 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 60-90 minutes depending on the package and your child's needs.

Where do sessions take place?

CrossFit Soul Rebel Thornbury, mostly on Saturday mornings.

Can I combine in-person and online coaching?

Absolutely! Many families start with 1-2 in-person sessions for assessment and foundation, then continue with Play Series online for ongoing development.

Do you come to us or do we come to you?

Sessions are held at CrossFit Soul Rebel Thornbury. This ensures proper space and environment for effective coaching.

What if my child is injured?

We can work around most injuries, focusing on proper movement patterns that prevent re-injury. Please disclose all injuries in the pre-session questionnaire.  

How many sessions does my child need?

Depends on goals. Most see significant improvement in 4 sessions. Athletes with injury history or competitive goals benefit from 8+ sessions.
